ADD USER

1. Go to System Tools --> Users and Groups

Click + Add, enter your password and click "OK."

3. Click the Add User button and fill in the appropriate information.

4. Not everything is required - the important fields are the username in lowercase letters, full name (or, long name - usually the user's own real name)  and a good strong password.

Decide what privileges the new user will have.

5. Click the OK button.
